Kylie is a descendant of both the Jawoyn and Wiradjuri tribes. She is a highly motivated organisational development professional with over twenty years’ experience working in Indigenous affairs.
Kylie has worked as an internal consultant to large organisations and for the last ten years has specialised in Indigenous employment.
Her in-depth understanding of the complex issues facing communities and employers today effectively positions her to consult, coach and provide training to help organisations achieve their Indigenous employment goals and vision.
Betty has recently joined the ICE team to provide high level administration and executive support. Betty is the hub that supports us to do business.
